1. HOW DO LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MY ACCESS WORKS?
You'll just have to wait for between 2 and 5 little minutes for your username/password to be propagated on all our servers. If after 10/15 minutes your account doesn't work, just contact us throught our CONTACT page - make sure you tell us as much info as possible so we can fix the problem quickly!
2. I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY LOGIN INFORMATION, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you didn't receive an email with your access information after signing up, you can try to retreive it using the RETRIEVE FORM located at the bottom of this page. However, it may not work if you have entered the wrong email or used an unworking email when you signed up. If you can't retrieve your access information using that form, you have to contact us as soon as possible so we can send you your access to get into the ZTOD members area - you can contact us using the form located on that THAT PAGE.
3. MY ACCESS ISN'T WORKING, HOW CAN I GET IT FIXED?
Sometimes, it happens that an login/pass doesn't work to access the ZTOD Members Area. If you have that problem, first make sure you're typing the good username and password. It can get tricky sometimes, you could type a L (l) instead of 1 (one) etc. If it still doesn't work, contact us as soon as possible using the form on THAT PAGE, make sure you fill the form entirely so we can help you as quickly as possible.
4. I'M NOT PROMPTED TO ENTER MY USERNAME/PASSWORD FOR THE MEMBERS AREA?
You have to setup your browser so you'll be prompted to enter your username and password. Follow these directions to do so:
- From the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, select Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Click the Custom Level button.
- If you scroll down on the next menu, you will see "USER AUTHENTICATION: Logon". Be sure that ANONYMOUS is not selected. If it is, then you will not be prompted to enter a username and password.

6. HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
